Kristie Felton is the current head of partnerships at At-Bay. Prior to this, they held various positions in underwriting and management at Kristie'scox USA, Liberty International Underwriters, and Kemper Insurance Company. Kristie also has experience as a wholesale insurance broker. Kristie has a proven track record in cultivating high-performing underwriting talent and delivering outstanding customer service, which has resulted in premium growth among the highest in global retail offices.

Kristie Felton has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. Kristie also has a certification from the CA Department of Insurance in California Resident Property and Casualty Broker-Agent.

Their manager is Rotem Iram, Co-Founder & CEO. Kristie Felton works with Cameron Kinloch - CFO, Tara Bodden - General Counsel & Head of Claims, and Brett Sadoff - Head of Insurance.
