Nicole Herszkowicz

Nicole Herszkowicz is an accomplished leader in business intelligence and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of BI/Data Engineering & Analytics at At-Bay since January 2020. In this role, Nicole oversees teams of BI Engineers, BI Developers, and various analysts. As the Co-Founder of Data Queens, Nicole fosters a community in Israel aimed at empowering women in data fields. Previous experience includes positions at Taboola as a Data Analyst, where Nicole enhanced BI reporting, and at Google as a Senior Account Strategist, specializing in digital marketing and growth strategies across multiple sectors. Nicole's foundational experience includes roles in the Israel Defense Forces and various marketing positions. Educationally, Nicole holds multiple degrees, including two MBAs from Tel Aviv University and the University of Michigan, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mass Communication/Media Studies.
