Cherise Balsam-Fleming

Cherise Balsam-Fleming is an experienced Real Estate Manager in Asset Management at At Home Group Inc. since February 2022, overseeing a 266-property national portfolio and managing lease renewals and land dispositions. Previously, Cherise served as a Senior Account Manager at Mohr Partners, Inc., directing real estate transactions for national tenants, and as a Senior Transaction Manager at JLL, where strategies for branch disposals and relocations were implemented. Other roles include Account Lead at Venture Commercial, where lease transactions and tenant outreach were executed, and Transaction Manager at Weitzman, supporting strategic transactions and developments.
