Wendy A. Beck

Ms. Beck has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2014. As the Chairperson of our audit committee, Ms. Beck possesses particular knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, strategic planning and leadership of other major corporations. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Inc. until March 2018. Prior to this role, Ms. Beck served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Whataburger Restaurants, LP from 2004 through 2008 and served as their Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2001 through 2004. Ms. Beck was also employed at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. from 1993 through 2001, serving as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2000 through 2001. Ms. Beck currently serves on the board of directors and compensation committee for Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. and previously served on the board of directors and audit committee for Spartan Stores, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant.
