Patrick Hayes

Patrick Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick began their career as a Firefighter/EMT at Rural Metro from 1992 to 1998, where they responded to fires and emergency medical calls. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Dispatcher/Service Technician at American Home Patient, where they set up medical oxygen and performed scheduling and record keeping responsibilities.

In 2000, Hayes took on the role of Assistant Manager in Training at Advance Auto Parts until 2004. Patrick then worked as a Lathe Operator at CoorsTek from 2000 to 2001. At Lincare Inc, Hayes served as a Lead Service Technician/Warehouse Manager from 2001 to 2003, where they set up medical oxygen and performed scheduling and recordkeeping tasks.

Hayes joined Ruby Tuesday in 2003 and held various positions including Senior Support Analyst/Team Lead until 2012 and IT POS Systems Analyst/New Restaurant Openings Coordinator. In these roles, they provided second-level support, trained staff, managed projects, and implemented POS system updates.

From 2012 to 2017, Hayes worked at Cellular Sales, initially as an Operations Support Specialist and later as an Associate Systems Administrator and System Administrator. Patrick managed virtualized environments, created and updated server templates, allocated storage, and implemented a standard workstation image.

In 2017, Hayes joined AT-NET Services, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Patrick Hayes attended ITT Technical Institute from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associates degree in Applied Science-Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick Hayes received the following:

1. VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) from VMware in November 2013.

2. Barracuda Message Archiver Certified Engineer from Barracuda in May 2016.

3. ConnectWise Automate Certified Professional from ConnectWise in May 2018.

4. ConnectWise Automate Certified Expert from ConnectWise in April 2018.
