Matthew Wells

Matthew has over 22 years of experience in the scaffold industry working with suppliers in the U.S. and offshore. Over this time, he has worked with suppliers to deliver quality products that customers can rely on. His focus on manufacturing process control helps suppliers to reduce waste and keep costs low.

Matthew has served the industry in North America as a member of the CAN/CSA S269.2 committee and the ANSI ASC A11 committee and has worn many hats over the years. As a Global Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Technical Services Manager, and V.P. of Supply Chain. As part of the Technical Services team with his previous employer, he helped bring innovation to the industry. He is the named inventor on one U.S. Patent and has two Patents pending.

Matthew comes to AT-PAC as their Director of Quality and will bring his experience of six sigma and lean manufacturing to improve AT-PAC’s production techniques and continue to drive quality and safety excellence throughout their organization.
