Chin Kiat Ng

Chin Kiat Ng is currently the Manager of BEOL Engineering & Technology Transfer at AT&S. They have previously held positions such as Process Engineering Manager at ON Semiconductor, Assembly TDE Section Manager at TF AMD Microelectronics Penang, Senior Staff Engineer at ASE, and Lead Module Engineer at Intel Corporation. Their experience includes working on IC substrate for microelectronics, setting up CMOS image sensors for automotive products, developing new products and technology for MCM products, and leading teams for successful product transfers and startup. Chin Kiat Ng holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
