Gemma Lofthouse

Gemma Lofthouse is a highly experienced designer and founder of Gemma Lofthouse Designs, specializing in hand-painted surface patterns and textiles. With over eight years in the creative and textile industries, Gemma has collaborated with notable clients such as Anthropologie Home, William Yeoward, and the National Trust Collection. Current roles include serving as a Textile & Upholstery Designer/Buyer at At The Helm Living and freelance designer and consultant for Ca' Pietra and Sarsen Stone Group. Previous experience includes leading women's and girls' apparel design at Mandarin Creative, ceramics design at British Ceramic Tile, and assistant designer roles at Anthropologie Home. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Contemporary Textile Practice from the University of Wales and a BTEC in Fashion and Textiles from the Arts University Plymouth.
