Stacy Baran

Stacy Baran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Subcontracts Administrator and Procurement Specialist at Aerodyne Industries LLC and ATA Aerospace, LLC, Stacy also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Business Law at The University of Texas Permian Basin Online Programs. Previous roles include Assistant State's Attorney at the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City and associate positions at Baltimore City Public Schools and Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., where complex legal issues were addressed, and litigation processes managed. Stacy possesses a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ursinus College.
