Hugo Immink is an accomplished Organisational Psychologist and founder of Hi&Co, where since September 2015, efforts have focused on preparing leaders, teams, and organisations for future challenges through innovative leadership and team development programmes. With a career spanning over two decades, Hugo has held various roles including Employee Experience Officer at Workkola Inc., Human Resources Manager at HCC Global, and International Recruitment Manager at Econcern. A strong academic background supports Hugo's work, including a Master’s Degree in International Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA Business School and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University.
