Charles Hamilton

Charles Hamilton has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Charles started their career as an intern at Mud Hut Digital in 2011. Charles then worked at Concur from 2013 to 2019, where they held various positions such as Expense Support Analyst, Client Support Representative, EMEA Service Coordinator, and Supervisor - Premium Clients. From 2020 to 2023, they joined Plex Systems, Inc. as a Supervisor - Technical Support and later became the Manager/EU Site Lead CSS. Currently, they are the Head of Software Support Service at Ataccama.

Charles Hamilton received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012, with a focus in Event & Project management, Imagineering, and Intercultural Studies. In 2010, they attended the University of Jyväskylä for a brief period, studying E-Business, Social Media, Logistics + Technology of Live Events, and Visual Communication. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they studied English Literature & Linguistics at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
