Iva has extensive experience in HR support, executive counseling, labor law, performance management, and employee engagement. Iva has managed teams, led global learning & development functions, and participated in HR projects. With a Master's degree in Psychology and additional training as an Internal Coach, Iva brings a strong background in people management and organizational development.
