Nagaraju Kukkapalli, PMP has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

Starting from 2020, at atai, Nagaraju worked as a Program Manager, responsible for managing programs in the Marine & Supply chain industries using AI & ML technologies. Nagaraju successfully completed project charters and kickoff meetings for multiple projects, and also reduced project costs through vendor price negotiation while maintaining the scope and timelines.

From 2014 to 2020, at Navayuga Container Terminal, Nagaraju served as Deputy Manager - Process & Project Management. Here, they were responsible for the complete IT operations of the container terminal. Nagaraju successfully completed an automation project using AI & ML technologies, automating the Gate and Yard operations, which significantly increased productivity by 58% and reduced operational expenses by 42%.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, at Clevertch Inc., Nagaraju worked as a Business Analyst. Nagaraju gathered functional requirements, analyzed and prepared URD, and provided functional support to the project team for e-commerce application development. Nagaraju also closely monitored development to avoid any deviations and resolved issues within their area of expertise.

From 2010 to 2012, at DVR LOGISTICS, Nagaraju worked as an Assistant Manager. Nagaraju reviewed and improved warehouse designs to increase utilization, directed distribution and warehousing activities, and implemented a GPS-based vehicle tracking system, resulting in increased vehicle availability.

From 2009 to 2010, at Casby Logistics, Nagaraju served as an Assistant Manager, where they coordinated and directed distribution, transportation, and warehouse activities. Nagaraju also analyzed and solved supply-chain operation problems and established relationships with external vendors for outsourced staff.

Finally, from 2007 to 2008, at Sical Logistics, Cafe Coffee Day Company, Nagaraju started their career as a Management Trainee. Here, they developed financial models for projects, upgraded the company's IT infrastructure, and handled the entire MIS department by coordinating with branches for prompt reporting.

Nagaraju Kukkapalli, PMP earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Operations Management from Jansons School of Business. This education took place from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc degree in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University, which was completed from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Radiation Safety Officer from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in March 2017 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
