Neetii Maacker

Neetii Maacker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business management. Currently serving as a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission since February 2020, Neetii promotes innovation across India. Neetii held the position of Chief Operating Officer at InnoDesigns from September 2020 to October 2023, focusing on the development and launch of home improvement furniture technologies. Additionally, Neetii has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor of Business at the Indian School of Hospitality and has worked as a Strategic Advisor for Puraani Jeans. As the Founder of Own Interiors Pvt Ltd. and KitsForHomes, Neetii developed an e-commerce platform for modular home furniture and components. Neetii's early career included serving as Executive Director at Mac Coatings Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the manufacturing and retail of modular furniture for over two decades. Neetii holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, with additional education from Columbia Business School.
