Larry Stephens has over 26 years of experience in water treatment operations, currently serving as the Water Plant Chief Operator - ORC for the City of Madison since November 1998. In this role, Larry manages the operations and personnel at both of the city's water treatment plants. Larry holds a high school diploma from South Gwinnett High School, awarded in 1985.
