Danielle Hootnick

Danielle Hootnick is a seasoned professional in business development and investor relations, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at both Transformation Capital and Atalaya Capital Management since September 2023. Prior to these roles, Danielle was a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Greycroft from 2022 to 2024 and held the position of Partner, Global Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Arcmont Asset Management from 2012 to 2022. Danielle's career also includes leadership roles at FirstMark Capital, American Express, and EY-Parthenon. Danielle holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
