Mikko Lahti

Mikko Lahti started their work experience in January 2018 as a Recruitment Consultant at aTalent. Mikko then progressed to become a Recruitment Manager in September 2018 and later became a Team Lead & Recruitment Manager in February 2020. In September 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Recruitment Manager, and in October 2020, they became a Recruitment Manager again. From September 2021 to March 2023, Mikko worked as a Team Lead & Senior Recruitment Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Director at aTalent. Before joining aTalent, Mikko worked at Telia Company as a Sales Agent from May 2015 to April 2017 and as a Team Manager from May 2017 to August 2017.

Mikko Lahti obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Vaasa between 2016 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership at the same university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Mikko also holds a certification in Aon Assessment from the institution Aon, obtained in the year 2021.
