Carla West

Carla West has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carla began their career in 2006 as a Research Associate at Ceres, Inc. where they conducted scientific research on crop development for the biofuel industry. Carla then joined Baxter International Inc. in 2013 as a Regulatory Affairs Associate, focusing on global submission management. Carla continued their regulatory affairs career at Baxalta in 2015, taking on a senior role and leading major submissions for regulatory authorities. In 2016, they joined Shire as a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager. From 2017 to 2020, Carla worked at Atara Biotherapeutics, initially as a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager and later advancing to Associate Director and Director roles. Carla'sexpertise and experience in regulatory affairs and project management make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Carla West earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from California State University Channel Islands between 2004 and 2006.
