Karl Johan Tärbe

Karl Johan Tärbe has over 15 years of experience in Business Development and M&A. In 2020, they started as the Sr. Director of Business Development at EnginZyme, a Stockholm-based cell-free synthetic biology company. Karl Johan's role focused on utilizing the company's synbio technology platform for the development of green chemicals. From 2011 to 2020, they held various roles at Novozymes, a Danish biotech company, including Global Business Development & Marketing Manager, Business Development & Marketing Manager, and Acquisition Manager. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Director at Clairfield International - Swedish desk (R&R Partners), where they were responsible for small and mid cap M&A. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Director, Senior Associate, and Analyst at Nordlander Roos Partners, a corporate finance advisory focusing on Nordic small and mid cap M&A. In 2005, they also co-founded and became a partner at Galleri B2.

Karl Johan Tärbe obtained their LL.M in Business and Tax Law from Lund University between 1999 and 2004.
