With prior experience as a Consultant at Essenta Partners and 360Leaders, Ellie has demonstrated expertise in identifying and recruiting top leadership talent to drive sustainable business value. Earlier roles included positions at Elixirr as a Talent & HR Advisor and Proco Global Group as an Executive Search Researcher.
