Mehmet Bakan

Mehmet Bakan is a Senior HR Business Partner at Atasun Optik, overseeing recruitment, legal procedures, and employee development for 95 stores since January 2018. Responsibilities include managing HR dashboards and reporting, conducting employee engagement surveys, and contributing to the digital transformation of HR processes. Prior to this role, Mehmet served as an HR Specialist at Mental HR and worked at the British Council as an Assistant.
