Paul Bruno

Paul Bruno serves as the Chief Business Officer at Atavistik Bio since August 2024. With extensive experience in business and corporate development, Bruno previously held various senior leadership roles at Fulcrum Therapeutics from July 2019 to August 2024, including SVP and Executive Director of Corporate Development. Prior consulting experience at ClearView Healthcare Partners encompassed therapeutic areas such as ophthalmology and immunology, along with competencies in market strategy and competitive intelligence. Bruno co-founded New Aegis Corporation, developing patented foam technology for sports equipment, and secured numerous grants for entrepreneurial ventures. Previous research roles include a postdoctoral fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, focusing on drug candidates for blood disorders, and a graduate research position at the University of Michigan, where technical proficiencies in organic synthesis were established. Education includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemistry from Santa Clara University.
