Tine Nielsen

Tine Nielsen serves as the Direktør Kontrakt at AtB AS since November 2025, focusing on contract strategy, procurement, contract follow-up, project management, and legal advisory. Prior to this role, Tine Nielsen held various leadership positions at Danske Bank from April 2018 to November 2025, including Head of Implementation for Business Customers in Norway and Head of Personal Customers in Nordic Compliance, overseeing advisory and control teams and managing non-financial risks. Tine Nielsen's earlier experience includes positions at Danica Pensjon, where responsibilities ranged from leading business development and customer service teams to managing the life insurance department, along with roles at Nordenfjeldske Personforsikring AS and NAV Nardo. Tine Nielsen holds a degree from the University in Tromsø and additional business education from BI Norwegian Business School and Handelshøyskolen BI.
