Michelle McCarthy

Michelle McCarthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Advancement at ATB Financial since December 2016, Michelle leads a team of Product Managers focused on enhancing productivity and collaboration tools, particularly within Google Workspace. Previously, Michelle held multiple leadership roles at Shaw Communications from July 2007 to April 2016, including Director of Customer Operations and Director of Sales - General Business, where responsibilities involved enhancing customer experiences and driving sales transformations. With a diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan University College and further coursework at the Haskayne School of Business, Michelle specializes in leadership talent development, performance management, process improvement, and change management.
