Agata Olszewska-Widdrat

Coordinator of the research area 'Multifunctional Biomaterials' at ATB

Agata Olszewska-Widdrat's work experience includes serving as a Coordinator of the research area 'Multifunctional Biomaterials' at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB) starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institute from April 2018 onwards. Agata also served as a PhD Student at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces from October 2012 to February 2016, and completed an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Colloids and Interfaces from July 2011 to June 2012.

Agata Olszewska-Widdrat pursued their education in the field of biotechnology and food science. From 2006 to 2012, they attended the Technical University of Lodz, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree. Following that, from 2012 to 2016, they enrolled at the University of Potsdam, where they concentrated on molecular biotechnology.
