Mark Borden is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Systems Administrator at ATC Automation since January 2019, where responsibilities include modifying the company intranet, SharePoint, and application data, along with organizing training programs for staff on new technologies. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Pilot Flying J from March 2008 to January 2019, first as a Technical Systems Support technician providing first-level support, then as a Systems Support Lead Technician delivering second-level support and addressing various technical issues, including SQL database and network problems. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
