Neill's earlier experience includes positions as a Sr. Mechanical Designer at Point Innovation, Project Engineer at Recaro Aircraft Seating, and Production Design Engineer at Zodiac Aerospace, displaying expertise in various sectors such as medical devices, military support systems, and commercial aircraft seating. An educational foundation in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design Technology from Tarrant County Community College complements Neill's extensive professional journey.
