From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Accountant & HR for Almana Modern Clothing, LLC, where they were responsible for HR functional administration, maintaining day to day accounting, and conducting performance analysis. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Analyst for Ford Business Services Center Private Ltd, where they were responsible for periodic review to input and output controls conflicts and administration, and sustaining audit control points. Finally, from 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Business Associate for NIIT Limited, where they were involved in the planning and implementation of income generating initiatives and creating computer awareness.

Imtiaz H CPHR SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive education history. Imtiaz obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Madras between 1998 and 2001. During this time, they also obtained an Advance Diploma in Management and Sales from the National Institute of Sales, NIS SPARTA in 1998 and 1999, as well as a Diploma in Computer Application from Aptech in 1998. Imtiaz also attended NSN Matriculation Hr. Sec School between 1996 and 1998, studying commerce. Additionally, Imtiaz H CPHR SHRM-SCP has obtained several certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2022, and CPHR member from CPHR BC & Yukon in October 2022.
