Alise Chmait

Alise Chmait has over 15 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, currently serving as the Organizational Change Management Lead at ATCO since March 2019. Alise is responsible for developing and leading ATCO's organizational change portfolio strategy and driving organizational transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Organizational Excellence-Change Management Business Lead at ATCO Gas, where leadership, mentorship, and the implementation of business improvement processes were key focus areas. Alise also held the role of Projects & Quality Assurance Business Lead at ATCO, managing project teams and collaborations with senior management on strategic priorities. Educational achievements include multiple certifications in Project Management and Change Management from various institutions.
