Olufemi Adetayo

Olufemi Adetayo is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently leading enterprise-wide ERP and cloud migration initiatives at ATCO since April 2024. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Rogers Communications, overseeing ERP and customer data transformation projects, and Agile Delivery Lead at Celero Solutions, where digital modernization programs for financial institutions were delivered. Olufemi has a strong background in change management, having worked as a Change Management Consultant at Tech Booth Inc, and has successfully implemented enterprise systems at d.light. Early career experience includes leadership in learning and development at British American Tobacco. Olufemi holds an MBA in General Management from Lagos Business School and a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Lagos.
