Kevin Siegel is the VP, Operations Manager, Hampton Roads, VA at ATCS, P.L.C. Kevin has over 10 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development projects. Kevin has managed projects ranging from small site developments to large multidisciplinary design and engineering teams. Kevin has served as overall Program Manager on multiple on-call / IDIQ contracts including the USAF HQACC Infrastructure Support contract, Jefferson Lab MEIC Site Characterization IDIQ, and the City of Newport News Annual Services on-call contract. Kevin's experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development projects includes work on military and other federal facilities, municipal facilities, private development and housing, sanitary sewer collection systems, pump stations, water distribution systems, stormwater conveyance and management systems, and various transportation infrastructure including roadways, sidewalks, multi-use trails, parking, and airports. Kevin also managed various specialized projects including cathodic protection system evaluations, NBIS bridge inspection programs, dam inspections and rehabilitation, military privatized housing, municipal streetscaping and utility undergrounding projects, and sanitary sewer assessment and rehabilitation.
Kevin Siegel received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Kevin then went on to earn their Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech as well.
