Lynn Nissen

Lynn Nissen is a Learning & Development Manager and Training Consultant with over 14 years of experience. Lynn has supported Global Quality Training Teams at rapidly growing Biotech companies, led site data migrations for ComplianceWire LMS and integrated systems, and conducted in-person and virtual training. Lynn has also developed training delivery strategies, created training resources including online help content and computer based training modules, and presented software demonstrations for potential customers and investors. In their role as an Operations Manager at Kimberly-Clark, Lynn was responsible for coordinating team activities, tracking work accomplished, and coordinating updated status reports. Lynn currently serves as the President Elect at ATD Orange County.

Lynn Nissen has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Business and Education from California State University, Fullerton. Lynn also has a Human Resources Management Certificate from California State University, Fullerton (2003) and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute. Lynn is also a Professional In Human Resources (PHR) certified from SHRM.
