Palle Skaarup

Palle Skaarup is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Atea Danmark since March 2022, Palle also holds the position of co-owner at Salling C Optik ApS since 2013. Previous positions include Udbudskonsulent at SKI - Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice A/S and various leadership roles in the Compliance & Legal department at Atea Danmark from January 2006 to June 2021. Palle has also contributed as a sagkyndigt medlem at Klagenævn for udbud and as Solutions Manager at OKI Printing Solutions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Jura from Syddansk Universitet, as well as degrees from Copenhagen Business School and Lyngby Uddannelsescenter.
