Vladimir Pavlenko

Vladimir Pavlenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and digital transformation. Currently serving as Operations Business Unit Manager at Atea Global Services Ltd. since June 2019, Vladimir oversees a prominent application packaging factory serving global clients. As an Independent Digital Transformation Consultant since January 2019, expertise includes strategizing and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles include VAD Product Unit Manager and Business Development Manager at ELKO Group, Member of the Board at OptiCom, and CEO of ELS International, among others. Pavelnko’s career began in network integration at OptiCom, followed by a teaching position at Riga Technical University.
