David Gramse, JD, MS has a strong background in regulatory affairs, with experience spanning across multiple healthcare companies. David is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs at Alphatec Spine. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at BD, where they oversaw regulatory affairs for medication management solutions and point of care products. Before joining BD, David worked at Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs for medical devices. David also served as a Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Philips Healthcare and as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at SenDx Medical, Inc. (Radiometer Company). David began their career at Beckman Coulter as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. With their diverse industry experience, David brings a wealth of regulatory expertise to their role at Alphatec Spine.

David Gramse, JD, MS has a diverse education history. David began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, David then attended the Michigan State University College of Law from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree, specializing in Law. Finally, in 2009 to 2010, David enrolled at Northeastern University, where they completed a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs, focusing on the area of Regulatory Affairs.
