Ethan Padgett has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Banquet Runner at River Club of Mequon. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as Bag Room Staff and Honor Caddie at OZAUKEE COUNTRY CLUB. In 2021, Ethan joined Kohler Co. as a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Co-op, where they worked on projects related to non-conformance metrics, rework progress, and power testing. In 2022, they became a Product Systems Validation Intern at Cummins Inc., focusing on managing engine builds, validating test data, and coordinating with test cell operators. In 2022, Ethan also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UW-Madison Mechanical Engineering, specifically in the Thermal Hydraulics Laboratory. Currently, they are working as a Design Engineer at Alphatec Spine since 2023.
Ethan Padgett completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ethan attended the university from 2018 to 2022. Prior to their college education, Ethan attended Homestead High School from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in Laser Safety Training from the U.S. Department of Energy in September 2022.
