Rafael Braghini has held various roles throughout their career. Rafael began working at Alphatec Spine in 2018, where they were initially a Senior Global Product Manager until January 2022. In January 2022, they transitioned to the role of Marketing Director, Lateral.

Prior to their time at Alphatec Spine, Rafael worked at NuVasive, starting in December 2016 until September 2018. Rafael served as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for leading the sales team in the Brazilian division. Their main responsibilities included managing commercial relationships with payers, conducting business planning, prospecting and managing surgeons and payers, sales force training, portfolio management, and supporting educational activities and faculty.
