Steven Josker's work experience includes:

- Manager, Field Operations at Alphatec Spine since December 2020. Steven manages a team responsible for activities related to the company's products in the field, such as surgical sets and loose inventory.

- Operations Manager at Stryker Spine from July 2014 to December 2020. Steven handled administrative, logistical, and operational duties to meet client needs, including inventory tracking, record keeping, and optimizing inventory utilization.

- COO at Move 2 Improve Foundation 501 (c) (3) from December 2012 to July 2014. Steven co-founded and managed a non-profit organization that provided scholarships for therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation to individuals in need.
