Gregory Coleman

Gregory Coleman is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, digital health, and leadership. Currently serving as a Principal and founding team member at the National Security Innovation Capital since March 2021, Coleman leads key portfolios focusing on deep-tech and dual-use hardware startups. As the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Sworkit Health, Coleman has been instrumental in delivering fitness education and customizable exercise content. Gregory's leadership roles extend to serving as Immediate Past Chairman of Leadership Montgomery and as a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Coleman also provides strategic insights as a board observer for multiple innovative companies, including SubSeaSail®, Parallel Flight Technologies, and Ateios Systems. Additionally, Gregory Coleman is a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners and a Mentor at Techstars, and holds degrees from The Wharton School and the United States Air Force Academy.
