Seif Eses

Seif Eses is an Environmental Designer at Atelier Ten since September 2022 and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, teaching the Tech I: Environments in Architecture course. Previously, Seif worked as a Designer & Researcher for IKEA, where a two-person shelter was designed for the H22 IKEA festival utilizing planar modelling and Rhino. Experience also includes a role as a Rhino & Grasshopper Specialist at Spatio Metrics, focusing on algorithm optimization and debugging, as well as an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT, where new rainscreen materials were evaluated and developed. Earlier internship experience includes work at Desai Chia Architecture PC, contributing to architectural analysis and conceptualization. Seif holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2022, and attended the Amman Baccalaureate School from 2004 to 2018.
