Tomasz Paldyna

Tomasz Paldyna has extensive work experience in sales and project management roles. Tomasz is currently serving as the Sales Director CEE at Ateme since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Sales Director at Redge Technologies from October 2020 to July 2022 and at SeaChange International from December 2018 to October 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles at Xstream, including Key Account Manager from February 2016 to December 2018, Product Manager from December 2014 to February 2016, and Project Manager from February 2013 to November 2014. Tomasz also worked as a Project Manager Technical Lead at Nokia Networks from October 2008 to January 2013. Tomasz started their career at T-Mobile, where they served as a Senior Specialist in the Strategy and Platform Development Department from 2001 to October 2008, focusing on project management and new product development.

Tomasz Paldyna earned a Master's degree in Economy from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tomasz obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum.org in January 2014.
