Shachar Peled has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Shachar started their career at Goldman HR as a Recruitment Specialist from an unknown start date to April 2013. From April 2013 to March 2015, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Jobinfo, where they recruited candidates for executive positions and conducted technical recruitment in the hi-tech industry.
In 2015, Shachar held temporary positions at Supersonic as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they conducted extensive interviews and worked closely with recruiting managers. During the same period, they also worked at Redis Labs as an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment processes, establishing recruitment processes and policies, and collaborating with hiring managers.
From October 2017 to September 2020, Shachar worked at HERE Technologies as an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner. Shachar led recruitment processes for R&D and Business operations departments, played an integral role in the recruitment cycle, and recruited a significant number of employees.
From September 2020 to October 2022, Shachar served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gett. In this role, they provided strategic HR support to Product and R&D departments, worked closely with the executive team on designing and optimizing business priorities.
Currently, Shachar is working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Atera where they started in October 2022.
Shachar Peled completed a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management. This educational achievement took place between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, Shachar Peled obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree from Bar-Ilan University from 2006 to 2009. The field of study for the Bachelor's degree was Brain Science, with a specialization in psychology and behavioral neuroscience.
