Christopher Porcelli

Christopher Porcelli has extensive experience in the legal field. Christopher is currently working at Aterian as the General Counsel. Previously, they worked at Aterian as the Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Aterian, they were an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where they were part of the M&A group and also served on the Associate Relations Committee. Before that, they worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a Law Clerk/Associate in the Corporate/M&A group and was a member of the Firm Committee.

Christopher Porcelli has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law. Their field of study during their time at St. John's University was American Government and Politics (United States), where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In addition to their formal education, they also hold several certifications. Christopher obtained the certifications in "Employment Law for Leaders," "Data Security and Privacy Policy," and "Understanding and Prioritizing Data Privacy" from Cornell University and LinkedIn in December 2022 and May 2022, respectively.
