Susan Zhao

Susan Zhao has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Susan began their career as a structure engineer at Zhejiang Urban&Rural designing institute in 1995. In 1997, they became an Administrative Assistant to the General Manager at International Software Development (Shenzhen) Ltd.

Moving forward, Susan worked as a Project Manager at BoffinChina Inc from 2003 to 2005. Susan then joined Boffin Language Group Inc. in 2005, where they held the positions of Manager of Project Management and Director of Customer service until 2010.

In 2010, Susan joined AAC Global as the Branch Manager in Shanghai. Susan worked there till September 2011 when they transitioned to Philips as the Manager of Technical Communications at Innovation Site South China until August 2015.

Susan then returned to Boffin Language Group Inc. as the Director of Project Management from March 2016 to September 2017. Following that, they worked at Aterian as the China Creative Lead starting from January 2018. Finally, they became the Manager of Creative at Aterian in December 2019.

Throughout their career, Susan Zhao has gained valuable experience in various roles, including management, project management, and technical communications.

Susan Zhao attended Xuejun Middle School from 1985 to 1991. Susan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Tongji University from 1991 to 1995.
