Kaitlin D'Arcy, CHRP has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Kaitlin started their career in 2010 as a Teacher at SLP Private School. In 2012, they moved into the service industry as a Server at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. In 2013, they became a Sales Representative at PepsiCo. In 2016, they began their Human Resources career as an HR Assistant at Clear Path Employer Services. Kaitlin then became an HR Associate at Crawford & Company. In 2017, they held two positions simultaneously as an HR Business Partner at Agfa HealthCare and an HR Administrator at Aztex Enterprises Ltd. (AZX Sport). In 2019, they joined Sortable as a Talent Manager and Talent Business Partner. Most recently, they were appointed Director of People Experience at Aterlo Networks in 2022.

Kaitlin D'Arcy, CHRP has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business/Corporate Communications from Brock University, which they completed in 2010.
