Andy Denmark

Andy Denmark is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and startup innovation. Currently serving as CTO at ATG (Auction Technology Group) since August 2025, Andy has been an investor at Groupize.com since March 2012. Previously, as Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Chairish from February 2013 to August 2025, Andy played a pivotal role in establishing the world's first online consignment marketplace for high-quality home furnishings. Other notable positions include Advisor at Routehappy, VP Engineering at Concur Technologies following the acquisition of TripIt, which Andy co-founded, and various engineering roles at Opsware, Loudcloud, and Mediabridge Infosystems. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Columbia University.
