Pratyush Rai has extensive work experience in the technology sector. Pratyush is currently serving as the Group Chief Technology Officer at ATG (Auction Technology Group), a public company focused on online auctions. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Kaplan North America and Chief Information Officer at Kaplan Higher Education. Before joining Kaplan, Pratyush worked as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Macmillan Learning and Vice President of Technology at Macmillan New Ventures. Pratyush also worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon.com. Pratyush began their career as a Software Engineer at Realization Technologies, Inc. and LIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING. Overall, Pratyush has a wealth of experience in leading technology teams, driving agile transformations, and architecting and developing scalable platforms.

Pratyush Rai completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Leicester from 1996 to 1999. Pratyush then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Later, in 2009 to 2011, Pratyush Rai pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.
