Frank Aloi is the Founder and CEO of ath Power Consulting Corporation, a firm established in 1997 that specializes in leadership enhancement through the Leadership Xcelerator program, along with offerings in Customer and Employee Experience Research, Strategic Brand Consulting, and Training and Development. Additionally, since 2019, Frank has served as Coach and Co-Founder of the Italian National Lacrosse Team, focusing on the development of lacrosse in Italy. Previously, Frank was the Head Coach of Men's Lacrosse at Merrimack College from 1995 to 2000, during which time the team achieved notable successes including back-to-back ECAC Championships. Frank's early career also includes a role as Senior Forecast Analyst at Millipore from 1992 to 1995. Frank holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematical Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego.
