Sharon Schultz

Sharon Schultz is the Director of Human Resources for ACLP. In that role, Sharon ensures ACLP has the management, staff, training, systems and supports in place to meet or exceed ACLP’s business objectives. Working closely with Operations, Safety and Finance means ACLP Human Resources supports all departments in meeting their objectives. Under Sharon’s leadership, ACLP has increased retention of top talent while decreasing turnover with the result of improved delivery of quality services for their clients.
