Leo de Bever

Mr. Leo de Bever is the Chairman of Nauticol Energy and the Chairman of Cachet Energy. He sits on the Board of Directors of Sustainable Development Technology Canada, is a Fellow to the Mountain Pacific Group in Seattle, and is a Senior Fellow at C.D. Howe Institute. Mr. de Bever was previously the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the Alberta Investment Management Company.
